The painter Dmitry Kustanovich, founder of authorial style of painting named spatial realism and one of the most demanded painters in Russia, conducts the Christmas exhibition-sale that already has become traditional in his personal gallery.
Under the circumstances of the world pandemic and it’s restrictions, taking all precautions, the Gallery of Kustanovich managed to continue working and an exhibition named “Territory 50» dedicated to painter’s jubilee having finished at the 1st of December was even nominated for KudaGo award in the category “Museum. Exhibition of the year». Thus, the Christmas exhibition in the gallery of Kustanovich will become one of the few cultural events that residents and guests of welcoming and festive St. Petersburg will be able to visit this holiday season. More so the entrance will be free for all comers.
At the exhibition the guests will find paintings of Dmitry Kustanovich created during this uneasy for everyone outgoing 2020 year and earlier. These include subtle landscapes of Russian nature, renowned expressive series «Urban Rains», «The Butterflies» and the paintings from private collections. A few works will be exhibited for the first time.
The exhibition will be complemented by an exposition of the Petersburg's painter Natalia Savina, who will present the series of handmade mosaic of precious and semi-precious stones — iconography and works on religious themes. Also for the first time will be presented cooperative picturesque canvases of Dmitry Kustanovich and Natalia Savina dedicated to St. Petersburg.
On the exhibition-sale visitors may purchase as New Year's and Christmas presents both original paintings and reproductions with original signature of the painter, exclusive gifts and accessories inspired by the paintings of the Peterburg's master.
